Domestic Communications Assistance Center

(DCAC) A joint effort between the U.S. Marshals Service, FBI and Drug Enforcement Agency. The DCAC is charged with developing customised hardware for intercepting Internet and wireless communications. The DCAC is under the control and budget of the FBI.
